Common questions
How do I cite a page of a book in the text?
Add the page after the year: (Kahneman, 2011, p. 14), or for a range (Kahneman, 2011, pp. 14–16). Page numbers are needed for direct quotes and recommended when you paraphrase a specific passage.
How do I cite a chapter in an edited book?
When each chapter has its own authors, cite the chapter, not the book. See the format for book chapters.
